The reception is open from 7am – 7 pm daily.

On the date & at the time you made your booking you would have received 2 emails direct from reservations@pinetreemotel.com.au

Subjects = Booking Confirmation & Express Check-In / Late Arrivals

The emails might be in your junk email so please be sure to have the key information from the Express Check In email that you need to access the carpark and safe code if you arrive after 7pm

We only have enough space inside the gated carpark for about 30 cars and we cant guarantee a spot for everyone. If you are unable to park inside just make sure you lock your car and don’t leave any valuables visible. Our fence height is only 5 foot, its not the great wall of china. Common sense is the winner.

We understand if your missing a couple of legs, have bad knees or maybe just don’t feel like walking up a few stairs. We do highly recommend letting us know in advance. During the High Season it will be very difficult to re-allocate to a room on the ground floor if you have not reached out to us before you arrive. We do have limited disable deluxe studios available.

Its about a 25 minute drive to the Katherine Gorge from the Pine Tree Motel. Turn right out of our motel driveway and turn right again and keep driving, It’s that simple!

Unfortunately Nitmiluk Tours don’t operate any form of transport options for guests that can’t drive themselves. The only option is using a local taxi service and it is recommended you book and plan the return trips in advance.
